
Well hello, out there.
It's been so long so very long! <------what movie?
I need to confess, for it's been way way too long!
- I'm huge
- I hate it
- I complain about it, but don't do anything about it.......till now!
- Me and Big Sis #1 ( I have 3 of them, and 2 Lil's) are playing BIGGEST LOSER.
- It was my idea
- We each paid $5 to start
- and we have to lose a pound a week
- if we don't
- we pay $5 into the pot
- after 10 weeks who-eva lost the most ( percentage blah blah blah)
- will win the pot.
- So far I've lost 5 lbs
- I drink a v8 for breakfast
- eat lettuce and tomatoes for lunch
- and whatever for dinner, but no bread
- It's not working all that great.
- We stared like 3 weeks ago
- I know I need to exercise
- but a mile or two walk once a week isn't cutting it.
- and I still eat a piece of chocolate now and then
- but I have cut out pop. Yay me!
- I want to lose 20 pounds
- that will put me at the very least I can weigh for my height and still be in the healthy range.
- I'm 5'11"
- Even though I'm right smack in the middle of the healthy range I want to be less way less
- Actually I want to look Like a walking skeleton.
- I tried to throw up once, but I couldn't do it....<---(this is funny, it doesn't sound funny but it is)
